Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (organic, natural and personal care), we do not accept returns on most items for health and safety reasons. However, exceptions can be made in the case of:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Missing items from your order

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

  • Custom orders or gift boxes

Refunds or Replacements

If your issue qualifies (damaged, wrong, or missing item), we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the item

  • A credit or coupon code for your next purchase

  • A full or partial refund (processed back to your original payment method)

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account after processing.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
